Good Morning,
It is Monday, and just a gorgeous day in Flordia. Of course it's hot as Hades, but that's to be expected here in September. I had a great weekend. We went to the Morse Art Museum in Winter Park. It is simply gorgeous, and so well assembled. It contains the most work of Tiffany anywhere in the world. The amount of glass, pottery, jewelry, and the spectacular Chicago World's Fair Altar are all on display. I was so moved and impressed. It's so nice to experience that kind of beauty and appreciate the artistry. And it is just minutes away!

I keep finding big or little things that make me happy. It keeps me going. They touch my heart, and for just a moment I'm
experience a great peace of just being.

Love to All (especially Saints fans),

I am so glad to hear that you are taking time to enjoy quiet and peaceful experiences. It is so important for all of us to do those thing. It reminds me that I do not do it nearly enough!

On a totally different topic - it occurred to me today that something you might try to help with the fatigue and general yuckiness is acupuncture! Florida is one state that mostly covers acupuncture treatments through health care plans as well. Do you know of anyone? If not, let me know and I will ask my acupuncturist sis in West Palm Beach. It also can be a great meditative practice as well!

Hi build on Marie's comment I'd like to suggest Reiki as a complement to your physicians treatments. I have a friend that used it to combat the physical & psychological issues she had with chemo. It's a great tool for body, mind & spirit rejuvenation. Wishing you a good week. xo peggy
