I have the best news to share with you! I saw my doctor today, and he told me that according to the MRI my tumor has shrunk. Cathy and I are so ecstatic. Thank you, thank you, and thank you for all your love and support. We would never have gotten here without your ending faith, hope, and prayers. I thank God too, because none of this is possible without his love and support. I still need to continue with the chemo. Anything is possible--thanks for this miracle.

Ellen, this is Pam from New Orleans. Mary Ann and I ran into Cathy at Mardi Gras and heard about your diagnosis. I am shocked and so sorry for what you are going through. I read your blog, and am so happy for you that you got good news in January. You know, I remember so clearly our conversations at book club and after, mainly about relationships, and I am so glad for you that you found such true love in your life, and that Cathy is with you. I hear you are moving back to Lafayette. I would love to get together with you if there is a time you might be in New Orleans, or if we could hook up with you in Lafayette.
